The Physician Wellness and Social Committee is pleased to present a series of Mindful Mondays.
These will be held on the third Monday of each month (second Monday for February and March), starting on October 21st.
Light refreshments will be available at 6:00 pm, with the practice to begin at 6:15, wrapping up at 7:30.
No meditation experience required!
Learn to care for yourself with meditation and other mindfulness practices. Consider bringing a blanket, yoga mat, and/or pillow if desired.
