At the South Island Facility Engagement Society Working Group meeting on February 10, 2020, a motion for a Special Resolution to amend Bylaw 5.3 of the South Island Facility Engagement Initiative Society will be put forward and voted on.
Be It Resolved That Bylaw 5.3 be changed from:
“The number of Directors is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5, as may be determined from time to time by Ordinary Resolution.”
to:
“The number of Directors is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7, as may be determined from time to time by Ordinary Resolution.”
