Have you ever wanted to improve the call experience?
Join us with a team of 3-7 Island Health interdisciplinary team members (For example: Physicians, Nurses, NUAs, Allied Health, other Support Staff)
• Flexible 6 hour time commitment over 5 months (up to 6 hours of sessional payments available for physicians completing activities outside of clinical hours)
• Between January-May 2023, learn QI tools and techniques your team can try right away for grassroots level change as part of the Good Call Action Series (designed by Physicians, Nurses and Allied Health staff)
You’ll work together to discuss:
- Foundations of Good Call
- Walk in my Shoes
- Message sent, received, and understood
- Progress through process
- Sustaining the gains and spreading the success
