You are invited to attend the VDFP’s upcoming and final engagement session in the Specialist Referrals series: Referrals Reimagined: What’s Been, What Is, and What Could Be.
It is taking place on Tuesday, June 16 from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at the Hotel Grand Pacific. Click HERE to register. Physicians will be remunerated for 1.5 hours at the sessional rate.
It will be an opportunity to reflect on key learnings from the project, share current initiatives and tools being explored in practice, and discuss opportunities to continue improving referral workflows, communication, and collaboration across care.
