The Medical Staff Engagement and Development team at Island Health is offering a workshop, “Leading in a Co-Leadership Model”. This is a great opportunity to work closely as a team with your co-leader.
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- Identify key elements of your leadership style and that of leaders with whom you collaborate
- Explore the alignment and differences in leadership and conflict management styles in collaborative leadership arrangements
- Develop effective leader partnership strategies based upon mutual understanding of leadership and conflict management style alignment and differences
