Do you work casually at RJH or VGH and can’t remember your Cerner training? Or do you work on site and are simply having a tough time with CPOE?

The IHealth team has staff at both RJH and VGH, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4pm. To reach them, call switchboard and ask for ProEX or dial directly 12239 for RJH or 15640 for VGH. (Before 8am or after 4pm, your call will be routed to the service desk – select option 3 at the automated attendant.)
You can also drop into the engagement labs at either site:
– RJH Engagement Lab Room DT 1391 just inside the emergency near Medical Imaging
– VGH S275, just inside Health Records beside the physician lounge.
