Over the next few weeks, we’ll be celebrating those who received South Island MSA Recognition Awards at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
With independent nominations from Dr. Jennifer Balfour and Dr. Rachel Gagnier, it’s clear that Dr. Marie-Noelle Trottier-Boucher’s work has made a positive impact on her colleagues.
She has been a frequent SIFEI Engagement Project physician lead, with projects ranging from improving care for neonates exposed in utero to maternal drugs to one focused on parent resources. Her project on Asthma Care has made big differences at VGH, in emerg, with further spread up Island.
She has been identified as someone who “makes change that matters.”
Beyond her innovation skillset, she is known to be someone who connects with team members as humans first, who uplifts colleagues, and who gives of herself to support the pediatric team. She is enthusiastic, creative, and kind.
Warmest congratulations, Marie-Noelle, on this well-deserved award!
